Our Ambush program is similar to what used to be called "town travel" or "All-Stars". This is a tryout team created to elevate the level of play from recreational softball for players who love the game and are looking to improve. We will hold winter workouts starting in January through April at the field house on Sunday evenings 6:15-7:30 to promote team bonding and fundamentals. Once rec season starts in April (it is mandatory the Ambush girls play Easton rec), the time and place of weekly practice will change. The real season begins in June in the Hockomock Summer League. Games will be played against surrounding towns on Tues/Thurs nights. The team will also play in 3 summer weekend tournaments in the area (Fri/Sat/Sun). The entire season will conclude the last weekend in July (or 1st weekend in August if the majority of the team would like to play in the Halifax tournament). It is always a very fun summer on the fields and we hope you'll join us!
